ある日突然、この世から姿を消してしまった、とても美しいと思っていた方。
その人のかたちや存在の輪郭が、自分の記憶からも消えてしまうのではないか──
そんな恐れと、「忘れたくない」という切実な想いが、この作品を生みました。

けれど、これは「不幸な別れ」の絵ではありません。喪失の感情さえも、「きれい」という言葉に変えていく──
そんな衝動のままに筆をとった、祈るような一枚です。

▍Artwork Description

One day, someone I found breathtakingly beautiful suddenly disappeared from this world.
I was afraid that their shape, their presence, would even vanish from my memory.
From that desperate wish not to forget—this piece was born.

But this is not a painting of a tragic farewell.
Even grief and absence, I wanted to translate into the word “beautiful.”
It is a work painted from that uncontrollable urge, like a soft prayer on canvas.

▍技法と素材について｜Materials & Technique

・元の作品はガラスペン・インク・透明水彩・ガッシュで描かれた原画です。
・その原画を高解像度でキャンバスにプリントし、
　さらにアクリル・パール・樹脂メディウムを使って立体的に重ね描きしました。
・即興的なストロークと光の反射が唯一無二の質感を生み出しており、
　**プリントでありながら“複製不能”**という、偶発性を活かしたミクストメディア作品です。

The original work was created with glass pen, ink, transparent watercolor, and gouache.
It was then printed on high-quality canvas, and finished with acrylics, pearls, and various resin mediums.
The improvisational brushstrokes and layered textures make this a “non-reproducible print” — embracing chance as a vital part of the piece.
